I found it at last!
For the past 3 days or so I was searching online for a screenshot tool that I stumbled across. The problem was that I forgot the source. I was searching Download Squad, my history, Google for terms like “screenshot tool”, “screencast tool”, “easily create screenshot tutorials” and the like. I’ve seen numerous screencast apps both freeware and paid like utipu, wink, screencast, jing and etc.
Eventually I ended up at TUAW (The Unofficial Apple Weblog) and finally found what I have been searching for :D
The app is called Screensteps and is available for both Mac and PC.
