My First Orientation at Procter & Gamble

Today was one tiring day for me and my co-interns. I received a txt yesterday asking us to bring an extra shirt and a towel, to put on sunblock, to wear casual clothes (no jewelry) and rubber shoes. Hearing this I knew we were going to bask in the sun.

We sure did, we were divided into groups and we spent the morning under the blazing heat selling P&G goods to sari-sari stores. It was one hell of an experience if you ask me. Nobody wanted to buy what we were offering! Group effort overcame our customers’ initial rejections and we were able to sell above our group’s quota.

At the end of this tiring day the thought popped into my head just now. After knowing about all the accomplshments or achievements of my other co-interns, I now start to wonder what do I possess that made the company hire me… hmm
