How to send Php1.00 Twitter updates from your mobile phone
First, you have to register your twitter.com account. To Register, send:
- REG(space)(twitter-username)(space)(twitter-password)
And then to SMS your twitter updates, send:
- TWIT(space)(twitter-status-update)
To send a direct twitter message, send:
- TWITD(space)(twitter-recipient-username)(message)
The number to send to:
- +639293632359 (for Smart subsribers)
- +639164297171 (for Globe subscribers *like myself*)
Note:
I personally added the Globe number as a contact (TwitterPH) on my phone to make it easier for me to send updates.
You will not receive confirmation messages whether your registration or twitter updates went through. However, I have personally tried it and it works.
